RETURN POLICY

Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Returns are allowed within 30 days from the purchase (shipment) date and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase (shipment) date for jewelry, and within 30 days from the purchase (shipping date for online orders) date for watches. Please note: We can handle a return at www.RHJewelryPalmBeach.com but exchanges must be done at our store.

For Online Orders: We will credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges.

Processing time for refunds is approximately five (5) business days from the date of the return. The refund will be generated at the time the return is processed, but the timeframe for it to reflect as a credit on your card is dependent on your individual financial institution. However, most are reflected in 5-7 Business Days.​
